Thanks. OK, good news – I checked another iPhone and it appears that Adobe has made Photoshop Express available for download (and purchase) in the Apple App Store and Google Play once again:

As before, Photoshop Express can be purchased for $4.99/month or $34.99/year.

As Jeffrey mentioned above, the CS6 activation servers are not gone... They are still in place, which is why you are running into the issue you are.
Also as mentioned, there is no longer any way to 'reset' the activation count – that is true. Nobody can help with that, not even customer service.
However, manually deactivating the software (Help menu > Deactivate) on your own computer as described – if you are able – will maintain & manage one of the existing activations you have.

Did you happen to manually deactivate the software before reinstalling it?
Most folks don't realize but one does not automatically do the other with Creative Suite.
The only way to ensure activations are preserved is to (1) deactivate, (2) uninstall, (3) re-install, (4) reactivate.
Though this is not always possible if a disk has crashed or access to a machine is otherwise lost before deactivating.
Note it's also a good idea to do these 4 steps before making any changes to your system hardware/configuration, because the software may think it's on a different computer afterwards.

Acrobat 2020 perpetual was a single-platform software – it was for Windows or Mac, but not both.
Not sure if Adobe is still doing one-time platform swaps for that product, considering the age. You'd have to contact Adobe customer service to see if it's possible to change the platform from Windows to Mac. My guess is probably not, at this point.

Starting from mobile, it would be the second link given above.
There is no more auto-sync. It's a manual process instead, meaning you're moving files by hand between devices and apps.

It's true that they're different apps with differing featuresets. Photoshop Express has some features a bit more like Photoshop Elements on desktop. Adobe will certainly be adding further capabilities to Photoshop on iPhone, but we can't say which ones or when.
I tried different ways to find or access Photoshop Express in the Apple App Store, but nothing came up. Just "App Not Available." So it appears to be no longer possible to reinstall. Sorry about that.

Most of us here are fellow users and do not work for Adobe, and so cannot grant forgiveness from the company itself.
But no doubt Adobe would be grateful to have your legitimate business in purchasing an authentic product, which would also benefit you by avoiding malware and other problems with illegal software.

A trojan horse that infected millions of PCs and stole 1.2 terabytes of personal information was largely spread through illegal software, including pirated games and a cracked version of Adobe Photoshop, security researchers from NordLocker said.
Inside the treasure trove of stolen data were 1.1 million unique email addresses, 26 million login credentials, and 6 million files stolen from the Desktop and Downloads folders on compromised systems.

By default, Rush saves its files locally. So, you can still use Rush to create and save complete video projects locally on your device or computer.
The loss of sync only comes into play if you want to move your project between platforms. However, the good news is there are workarounds for moving Rush files from mobile to desktop, to Windows or Mac, if needed. Then, after moving/exporting the files, Rush projects can still be opened and edited further in Premiere Pro:

It's a good question about customers who have a Photoshop Express premium subscription. Will those map to Photoshop on iPhone premium subscriptions?
Or since you can't re-download Photoshop Express, should you cancel that subscription and then subscribe to Photoshop on iPhone instead?
Perhaps @Amitej S at Adobe can offer some advice or guidance for Photoshop Express users.

Another (easy) way to accomplish this is to browse the file folder using Adobe Bridge and then open your image by right-clicking on it and choosing "Open in Camera Raw..."

Rush is not dead. Yes, Creative Cloud's sync was removed, but that's been the only change.
It's inaccurate to say that Rush doesn't save files locally. It does; in fact, this is the default. So, you can definitely still use Rush to create and save complete video projects locally on your device or computer, and many people do.

Thanks Greg and Jon. So the consensus seems to be that a purchase of Elements 2025 will work for three years and then the Editor will disable itself with no way to reactivate.
So the only way to continue to use Elements at that point would be to buy and upgrade to a newer release; the Elements 2025 Editor would no longer be available in any circumstance.
I presume that like Greg said, if over the next three years Apple or Microsoft makes a change to their operating systems which is incompatible with Elements 2025, then Adobe would (if possible) issue a free update to Elements 2025 to address that.
The bigger question in my mind is what happens if the customer can't upgrade to a newer release three years from now (Elements 2028) because their current Mac/PC is not compatible with the application's unknowable system requirements at that time?

Jon, thanks for the nice video review and especially for the helpful document describing the details of the new licensing arrangement.
Can you or Pradeep confirm if the software will stop working after three years with no way to reactivate it (even via payment), and will force customers to upgrade to a newer release if they want to keep using Elements?
Asking this question because that may not be possible for a given computer depending on unknowable system requirements for a future 2028 version.
(Note that Creative Cloud software will not stop working suddenly and force upgrades, which was a promise Adobe made from the start.)

Adobe says that Elements 2025 is not available with a perpetual license or serial number, but rather a 3-year term license (for a one-time price upfront) that uses your Adobe ID login.
This applies to the Editor. The Organizer continues to be accessible indefinitely.

There are many hours of introductory and advanced courses plus certification prep for both Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Have never heard this before. AFAIK, Fireworks has not ever been available through the Photography Plan since it first launched in September 2013.
If for some reason that was your situation, it was not intentional nor widespread. The Creative Cloud Photography Plan has always been Photoshop plus Lightroom.

Fireworks CS6 is a discontinued app but can still be installed through the Creative Cloud Desktop app if you have an "All Apps" subscription and have selected "Show Older Apps" in the Preferences.
Fireworks may come up as a 30-day trial but your valid CC subscription license should be recognized after following these steps:
