Hi,
I did a search of internal documentation that may be of assistance.
Disable Integrated Graphics in BIOS:
Access your BIOS settings during system startup.
Look for settings related to integrated graphics and disable them. This might be under "Advanced" or "Chipset" settings.
Save and exit the BIOS.
Adjust Graphics Settings in Windows:
Right-click on your desktop and select "Display settings".
Scroll down and click on "Graphics settings".
Browse and add After Effects to the list of applications.
Select After Effects and click on "Options".
Choose "High performance" to ensure it uses the dedicated GPU.
Update and Configure NVIDIA Control Panel:
Open the NVIDIA Control Panel.
Go to "Manage 3D settings".
Under the "Program Settings" tab, add After Effects.
Set the preferred graphics processor to "High-performance NVIDIA processor".
Check After Effects Settings:
Open After Effects and go to "File" > "Project Settings".
Under the "Video Rendering and Effects" tab, select "Mercury GPU Acceleration (CUDA)" if you have an NVIDIA GPU.
Let me know if anything here works for you.
Thanks, Kevin

Hi @claytonsfilms,
Sorry this happened to you. No, we don't store a project file backup here at Adobe. In the future, you can use something like Dropbox to save your Auto Save files. That would work. I would recommend trying to restore access to your computer. You might try posting in our Video Hardware forum for advice. Sorry for the issue.
Thanks, Kevin

HI @Brooklyn_g8013,
Thanks for the question. However, this is a Premiere Pro forum. Maybe a community member can help you with this. Sorry about that. I'll move this post to the Video Lounge.
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi,
This is a pretty old thread. Are you now experiencing the issue? If resetting preferences did not work, you can try deleting the media cache. Press Shift at launch. You'll find that option in the Reset Options dialog box. Another step you can try is to create a brand new sequence and copy/paste the contents of the old sequence into the new one. That can work. Please let us know if any of these steps helped. If not, we can file a bug for you. Sorry for the trouble.
Thanks, Kevin

Hi @tomáš24217868hz3o,
I read your post. Are you from the Czech Republic? If so, there is a bug related to iOS. You would have to switch to an English version of iOS in order for that to work correctly once more. If not, please give us more information. Sorry for the hassle.
Thanks, Kevin

Hi @lh46895513,
Thanks for the message.
does that mean no new motion graphics templates can be created for use in Premiere Rush, ever?
Have I understood this correctly?
Sorry, I don't have any information on this. Premiere Pro v.15 was the last version to have this functionality.
Thanks, Kevin

Yes, good sletuthing. I assume that the issue was with the still images. Try a different workflow for saving the images and you should be OK moving forward. Keep us in the loop!

Hi @ahlyoyl,
Thank you for your post. Welcome to the forum, as well. I'm Kevin from Adobe Support, a moderator here. I'm not sure what is causing the issue. I've never heard of that one before. Something it tells me that it's the nature of your workflow, source media, or hardware. As for workflow, a 6.5 hour export is much longer than the norm. You didn't mention the source media. Poorly acquired source media (acquired from streaming video, a mobile device, or drone, etc.) can cause unexpected behavior. Finally, if you are using unsupported hardware, that can also cause issues. We'd need a lot more information in order to help you. Can you help us out by providing that? Hope we can help!
Thanks, Kevin

HI @Mckenna381595335afu,
Thanks for the question and welcome to our community. I appreciate the post and the information you gave us. The thing that sticks out the most is that your HD is way too full. Can you move off a couple dozen or more GB to a portable drive? Delete video previews? Empty trash? Move media files elsewhere? I think that's the first thing to try. You can also try resetting the workspace and choosing "No Input" on your Audio Hardware Preferences' Input setting. I hope the advice helps you. Let us know.
Take Care,
Kevin

Thanks for the question. Are all applications behaving this way or just Premiere Pro? Have you tried resetting preferences? Press Shift at launch for the Reset Options dialog box. You lose customizations, but it can help reset things like this. Let us know.

Hi @Graphic-Thom,
Thanks for the question. You'd have to redo the silence removal step with updated settings in the Transcript View Options in the "3-dots" menu. See if that works for you. Hope so!

HI Martin,
Are you going solve this problem or are we expected to stay with English language in our OS? It is frustrating to pay for product that we can't use in our native language.
The team knows about the issue. I'm sorry that I don't have a better answer since I am not on the team and this is a user to user forum.
Cheers, Kevin

Hi @jon_9867,
That's a little strange. When I hear about these issues, it usually has to do with the source media. Like, it wasn't shot on a video camera and came from a streaming video source. Could that be the case? If so, transcode the footage using freeware Shutter Encoder or Handbrake. Report back after doing so. As long as you're meeting system requirements and your clips aren't, like, an hour or more long, you should be OK. Report back after trying this.
Thanks, Kevin

Hi @jrisher,
That's weird. It works here. Maybe you don't have supported hardware. Are you running the new Ultra processors from Intel? Those won't work, I'm afraid. Sorry.
