Has anyone been in the similar situation, when, instead of 1 annual payment, Adobe charged me 9 times. The transaction came through just once, however, the other 8 are still pending, and this is concerning me.

sheesh, i've seen double charges, but i think you get the award.

anyway, if you do not have a teams/enterprise subscription, you need to contact adobe support.  there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

oops, your post was moved confirming you do have a teams or enterprise subscription.

you may need to contact your plan administrator, especially if adobe support is unable to help you.

and someone moved your message again.

note to whomever: it's confusing to move messages without leaving a comment.

it would have to be more than one or, if it is one mover, they have a problem with decision-making because, while i moved this message from enterprise & teams to accounts, payment  & plan, it's been moved by another (or others) from accounts, payment & plan to enterprise & teams and then from enterprise & teams to accounts, payment & plan.

There are 2 possibilities:

  1. Adobe did try more than once and each time, the transaction got cancelled by the bank/credit card company.
  2. The 8 times were not enough funds on the card.

I suppose, your bank can also tell you what happens to the 8 pending transactions.
