How hard up on money do you have to be to remove all possibility of unsubscribing via the website, forcing you to make a call, and when you make that call you transfer me around again and again until you make a "mistake" transfering me to a number that doesn't exist.
Adobe is literally a scam company.

Are you sure you researched your options for cancelling the plan before trying in person support?

Yes. That button is not there.
Also, why does it matter? If I call to unsubscribe, I expect them to do it instead of running a scam on me.

I've been on the phone THIRTEEN times with the support now.
One of these times I'm sure they can help me before the call drops!

Are you saying that if you go to your account on-line (which you can access via the CC desktop app), you don't see this:
Then this:

It's random between two things. Either they find no subscription at all, or they find something, but no Manage Plan button.
Adobe is LITERALLY a scam company.

My experience is the opposite.
How did you get to those screens, via your CC Desktop app "Adobe Account" link? If not, try that.
If the screens above then show up without buttons then try a different browser

How is it racist? They got an Indian CEO and then curiously you can no longer unsubscribe. Not via the website, not via the phone, not via email. That's a scam

I pay $80 a month for terrible software. Now I want to unsubscribe. How do I do it?

You can unsubscribe following the directions you were given when you asked in the Photoshop forum:
If you have an annual plan, there is a fee for early termination.

How do I cancel my plan? There's no option for it.

What do you call a company that LITERALLY does not let you unsubscribe from their services? Yeah, a scam company. I had to cancel them at the bank now, that is the ONLY way to unsubscribe. And when I make threads about it, you lock them.
Burn.

Hi, we are sorry that you are having trouble canceling your subscription. We understand your discomfort and frustration, but what you said is not nice. However, if you have any problems, you can contact Adobe Customer Support directly from this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Ok. I've called them 10 times. What do I do now?

You so far having been unable to use the available unsubscribing options does not prove that the problem is with the other party.
Did you actually log in on

?
Please post meaningful screenshots.

They literally write that to unsubscribe, you have to contact Adobe support.
(In Swedish, that says to cancel the plan you have to contact support.)

Could you at least post meaningful screenshots instead of clipping them to the point of uselessness?

What more do you need? This is so typical. No matter what I do, it just won't be enough. Just trying to buy time.
They literally say I can't cancel the plan unless I contact support. What more do you need, seriously?
