After Effects Trial Version gone Wrong

Hi,

I've subscribed to a trial version of After Effects last here for a small project.

Knowing that it was a trial version I reminded myself, and did it at the time, cancelled the trial version well under the 7 days, because, again, it was for a small project and for those 7 days i've used 2 full days if that!.

To my complete surprise and astonishment i noticed that i've been charged since July 2024 for the full amount for the After Effects.

Yeah, it's been a while until now that I noticed, I'm not constantly controlling my bank account and I'm not supposed to.

Moreover it seems that it automatically chose the version were you have a cancellation fee (????????) (because why not, right adobe?), because even if I have chosen something it would be the "Monthly plan with no annual commitment" wich I didn't because I cancelled the trial version.

I need help on this matter!

Thank you

contact adobe support to discuss.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
