Bank Card Problem

I have an annual plan and pay through PayPal, and since June, I've had a problem with the card linked to PayPal, so the monthly fee wasn't charged (the account was suspended, as it should). But since I was on vacation, I didn't notice that this issue with payments was happening. Now, I want to use my account again, and what I want to know is if I have to pay anything extra to remove the suspension from the account or if it's enough to update the payment details and I'll have my account back without any additional cost.

@Diogo25920066e9bw you'll need to contact Adobe Customer Care directly for any billing issues. This is a user-to-user forum so do not reply to DM queries related to this. Go to Adobe.com and click the chat pod to speak to an agent or on X/Twitter DM adobecare

Expanding upon the answer by kevin stohlmeyer :

Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies in your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

Hello there,

We appreciate you contacting us. Since the issue is related to account suspension, the details can not be discussed over a public discussion. I would also recommend you contacting our support team and start a private chat session.

Let us know if you have any question.

Thanks,

Shivangi
