Hi,
I signed up for an adobe student plan with my school in febuary. However, since im graduating at the end of may, I wanted to cancel my plan, but when I go and look into my adobe account, I see I do not have an active plan. Not only that, I also see no bills in the billing tab, but I can see the payments on my paypal account.
I know the plan is yearly and billed monthly, but I have seen online that you can breach the contract and pay only 50% of the remaining amount. I was wondering where I would be able to find this option, so I wont be billed for another year when this contract is finished?
Thanks!

contact your plan admin, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/contact-administrator.html
also, you may want to consider you're allowed student pricing for, up to, one year after graduation.

Gabriel, sorry for any confusion. Please choose your personal account from the account chooser if you want to manage your plan. Please see https://adobe.ly/3Jz8JVY for information on selecting the account you are signing into. Once you are signed under the personal account, you will then be given the option to cancel your active membership by following the steps listed in https://adobe.ly/4b3e43M.
I also encourage you to follow the advice provided by Kglad and contact your school's Creative Cloud plan administrator to confirm that you are not still being charged for access through your school.
Please update this public forum discussion if you have any additional questions, Gabriel. ^JW
