Filled in the wrong e-mail adress when ordering lightroom/photoshop

Hi,

 

I made the mistake of entering the wrong e-mailadres when buying the lightroom/photoshop package. 

Stupid mistake i know but i would like to cancel this subscription. Can anyone (someone at adobe?) help me how to do this? I've been trying to find a way to talk to a human at adobe but i only get chatbots and not the solution for my problem.

if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
