I pretty urgently need to update my billing date to the 2nd of the month but I can't seem to find a SINGLE way to contact an actual customer support rep. The forums also seem to be completely blank. I'm using the personal CC subscription with the student discount applied if that makes any difference. Thanks in advance.

For anyone else looking at this thread, you need to contact support on the same date that you wish to set your new billing date to.
I'm interested in the same thing and I've tried your suggestion, but I still don't see a way to contact support, even though I'm signed in. I made sure cookies are allowed in browser and my Ad block is turned off. Is there anything else I could do? Thank you!
