Updating your payment method in your Adobe account is easy. Get step-by-step instructions to update your credit card details.
There can be several reasons that your payment cannot be completed. Let’s go over some common payment issues and their troubleshooting steps:
- Verify the card number- Enter the card number correctly. Ensure that you aren't entering spaces or dashes. If the card has a security code, reconfirm before your enter it.
- Make sure you use a valid card- Make sure the card hasn’t expired, and if it has, update it before the next billing cycle. You can also pay using another payment method.
- Find your card limit- Ensure you have not exceeded your credit limit. Contact your bank or financial institution to ensure you haven't exceeded your credit limit. Make sure that the credit card is in good standing and that your credit card supports online transactions.
- Match name and address- The name and address on your Adobe account should match the name and address on your card. If you use a corporate card, use the name and billing address of the cardholder, not the purchaser. Check with the cardholder or your accounting department to verify the name and billing address.
