Sir / Madam,

               Hi..

                       I have purchased 3 license copy of adobe acrobat pro dc software ,but write now 1 license is not working its is Asking Subscription .so kindly resolve this issue AS soon As Possible.

Hi Prashanth,

As you have the license version of Adobe Acrobat DC, then refer to the Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X and from here  you need to download the installer of Acrobat DC serial number.

But before that you need to uninstall the existing version of Acrobat DC (subscription version) using cleaner tool-

Mac- https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html?22

Or contact to your IT administrator to get this set up for you.
