After uninstalling,I am trying to Install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for Windows 7(32 bit) but getting an error" New version already exists"

I am Getting following issues with Acrobat

First Error :

a) api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0-dll run time error

Issue resolved after updating the Windows 7 Updates.

Next Steps:

a) Uninstall the Acrobat Reader

b) Trying to Install the Adobe Acrobat Reader latest version

c) Second Error: "New version of Adobe is Already present"

I tried troubleshooting this issue after going through similar posts in the Forum but didn't help with the installation.

a) Run the Adobe cleaner utility (as suggested in forum)

b) Emptied the Trash

c) Restarted the Machine

d) Tried to Install the reader again.

PLease help to resolve this issue

use your control panel to uninstall all reader and acrobat versions.

clean per Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

restart your computer

reinstall reader.
