Cannot fill & sign , don't have the tool in my acrobat dc pro

Please try to repair the installation from the help menu. Help > Repair Installation and reboot the computer once and see if that works.

Also make sure you have the latest version 21.01.20145  of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once.

If  it still doesn't work, please try to reset the acrobat preferences to default as described in the help page: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792...

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows and try using the application there and check.

Ok, 2021.001.20045, English (I assume, though you don't say).

This should show Fill & Sign as it is the subscription version.

Is your copy of Acrobat installed/licensed by your company? If so, they may have disabled it. You are also missing the Share and Request Signatures tool.

If this is not an English language system, please give details, as this does depend on language too.

I think your company has decided to block web services in Acrobat. You'd need to talk to the IT administrators about that.
