Created Pdf with NotoSans CJK - Error in opening up file

We are using Jasper reports to create PDF files. Facing issues when creating pdf files when we created file using NotoSansCJKtc-Regular.otf

This is the font from Google to support Chines, Japanese and Korean language.

If you open the file created, see this error.

Adobe reader cannot extract embed font AHLOZY + NotoSansCJKtc-Regular-Identity-H

I have uploaded the sample file created.

Adobe Document Cloud

I can view this file in Foxit Reader and in browser.

I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Version 2019.010.20099

OS is Windows 10.

I didn't edit the original file.  I recreated so there is no removal of anything.  I was referring to the way I recreated it which was by re-distilling it.  That process in and of itself causes problems and is NOT a recommended workflow.

It's not the font that is the problem.  Here is the same file without the error the original demonstrates.
