Edit PDF

I have PDF I need to edit. Every time I open it it tells me I need to download new software. When I complete the download, I get the same results. I have uninstalled and re-installed with no success. My subcription is current, but I'm still stuck! #beyodfrustrated!!!!

Can you please tell me which version of Acrobat are you using? Reader, Standard, or Pro?
