We see some issues with 3D pdfs on new hardware

Our setup:

- a lot of different models of Dell machines from Optiplex to Precisions (everything between really old and uptodate)

- we use Windows 10 LTSB 1607 x64 Enterprise

- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (2015) MUI in version 15.006.30497

- Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (2015) same version

now we are facing one problem with 3D pdf which we use really often

one any older hardware such as Dell Precision T3600 (> 5 years old) 3D pdfs are running fine under Reader & Pro

on new hardware such as my Dell Precision T5820 3D pdfs under Reader NOT running fine BUT on Pro version running fine

already tried a newer version of Reader but same results...

this behaviour we have not seen under Windows 7 before.

Is anybody having same issue? Any idea on it?

It couldnt be a hardware problem or a OS problem, looks like a strange combination of everything.

i can offer an 3D pdf for testing purposes if needed.

Regards,

Sascha
