Hi,
We have a client who uses an external cleaning program called Clean-Link which she generates time sheets from Clean Link into a PDF. She opens it in Adobe Reader where she would then use the mail feature to send from Outlook to the actual client or member or staff. However this used to work but now when trying to use this, It'll try and convert the PDF and freeze Adobe Reader..
She has gone to the external provider but they're advised "It seems you now have to pay to use this feature" but I have disagreed as this feature has always been free and around..
Does anyone know why It trys to convert when trying to use the mail feature? Is this a local issue or an external issue relating to Clean-Link?
To confirm the things I have performed for her -
- Reinstalled Adobe Reader
- Checked for Windows Updates
- SFC /Scannow
- Repaired Microsoft Office
Thanks,

Hi Jordan,
The only way you can convert to PDF with the free Reader is to use PDFPack.
Online PDF converter, convert from web or Acrobat Reader | Adobe PDF Pack
You can also convert using the full (paid) version of Adobe Acrobat DC.
