I'm an IT professional and lately, some of my users have been unable to right-click on PDFs. Any time they do, their computer freezes, the screen goes blank, then they're back at the desktop. They can open, view, and save PDFs without any issues. But this is the only filetype this happens with. All Office docs, .EXEs, and everything else are fine. So far, the only thing that seems to fix this is reinstalling the OS on their computer. All the users with this issue are on Windows 10 Pro version 10.0.19043.1052 and Adobe Reader DC MUI version 21.005.20054
Has anyone else encountered this, and is there a quicker fix?
