Hyperlinks in Adobe Reader not working, missing Plugin for " action

Plugins button on sidebar menu is greyed out. Program is up to date (24.002.20991)

I've almost the same problem. Since today i have the new version (24.002) and the pluging button on the side bar menu is missing completely, how can I make it appear again?

I forgot to add that I need the plugin to make hyperlinks

Reader can't create links.
