Modification de PDF

Bonjour,

Je n'arrive pas à utiliser les fonctionnallités de modification de pdf sur Acrobat. Je clique sur les fonctionnalités et rien ne se passe. En parallèle de ça j'ai un message d'erreur : "Il se peut que vous ayez un accès limité aux services ou applications Adobe". J'ai appliqué le protocole de réparation conseillé sur internent pr ce problème mais ça ne marche pas. Je ne sais pas si cela est lié à mon soucis de modification de pdf.

Sorry, I understand this would be a frustrating experience. I can check you have an active subscription. 
Try the following and let us know how that works at your end. 

• Launch Acrobat. In the top right corner, click on your profile and hit sign-out. 
• Close Acrobat. If you have the Creative Cloud Desktop app installed, launch it. Wait for it to load, and check if you are signed in to that app. 
• Now try launching Acrobat, wait for a moment, and check if you are now automatically logged in to Acrobat. If not, close Acrobat, sign out of the Creative Cloud Desktop app and re-launch the app. And the Acrobat. 
• If this doesn't fix the issue, please take a screen recording while closing sensitive information from the screen and share that with us.
