someone with the Gmail neverbrokebigwin@gmail.com has stolen my Gmail and m Facebook and I can't use my Gmail account or my Facebook  what can I do to put a stop to this theft

This is something that Adobe can't help you with. We have nothing to do with either gmail or FaceBook. Contact Google and FaceBook, the owners of those services for assistance.
