How can I automate replacing pages in multiple pdf files?

I currently open each file, open the js console, and type the code for each file. I have 100+ files and it is quite cumbersome.

Is there a way to know the path of the file that contains the new pages in relation to the old one?If so, then you can use a script to do it automatically, and if you have Acrobat Pro you can run this script as a part of an Action on all of your files.
