Hi,
I tried to open an unprotected PDF document, acrobat reader DC (18.11.20036) asks for a password. I tried to open it with other programs, no one else asks. How it can be possible?
Other programs I used:
Google Chrome / Firefox
Acrobat 9.0
PDF Architect 4.1

Sorry for the delay in response.
We have released an update on 23 February for Adobe Acrobat and Reader with the fix for the issues. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader.
If you want, you may also manually trigger the update by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.

- What is the OS version installed on your system?

Yes, it is a particular PDF. It is realized by a PDF export of a crystal report. The same report exported with different data has never created another PDF with the same issue.
- What is the OS version installed on your system?
Windows 7. But other people who has Windows 10 has the same issue.
- Can you share the file with us?
Yes. I haven't shared before because it has reserved data, and I preferred to wait for someone to take charge of this case.
