I am trying to open and edit pdf files using Ms Excel VBA. But unable to 'initialize the Acrobat interface. The Error is:

VBA: Acrobat Run time error 429; ActiveX component can't create object

I tried to find VBA reference Acrobat.dll but failed. Some body tell me how to CreateObject("Acroexch.app") without installing adobe acrobat pro?

Shall be grateful for any solution.

No, the user will not need Acrobat. Instead you agree a licensing model by negotation. Components might include one off payment, annual charges, and royalties. This is all by negotation with DataLogics, Adobe's official partner who license the library. You will write in C++, not C#.

As was already stated, it’s not possible. Even if you manage to find the TLB file and install it, it will not work because it needs Acrobat to actually perform the tasks that are exposed via the type library.

Think of the Acrobat SDK as having one purpose only: selling copies of Acrobat.

These are no longer sold. If you happen to have a licensed copy, and a machine running Windows XP or older, to run it on, it may work as the APIs have not changed. (Note: some sites claim these old versions are free to download. This is not true).

"if the Acrobat Pro DC or Acrobat Standard DC will work on all types of pdf

documents" If the document is valid yes.

"and also with all versions of adobe readers?" I have no idea what you mean by this. It doesn't work WITH Readers at all, it contains everything it needs.

"Also may keep working on all the future versions??" Sorry, no idea about this either.

"If there is a life time license of any of these Acrobat Pro DC or Acrobat Standard DC" See Acrobat Pro 2017. This has a perpetual license. Not recommended though, Windows 10 changes fast and often, so I'd expect it to stop working before  the subscription had cost more.
