The site was recently updated. Clear your browser cache and try again. I did notice a delay but eventually, it loads.
I've tried Chrome, Edge, inconginto.. cleared cache, cleared cookies.
I know this is going to sound crazy but... wait 24 hours and try again. It might not be a local cache issue.
Was trying this Friday, set up the credintals on my phone, but that's not working either, not sure why this has to be such a headache to just display PDFs.. I'm way past ready to abandon the PDF format.
So sorry about the poor experience. We do have an issue right now with the getting started experience on Edge browser and we're working on it. It should work on Chrome.
I'm still getting the circle of infinity on chrome, shift refresh, incognito, cleared cache, updated chrome.. Nada..
You need to allow cookies otherwise its not working.
