Does PDF API Tools(.net core 3.1) support updates fillable forms though programetically

We have a requirement to fill pdf (have fillable form fileds) form fields through API. Does PDF API Tools(.net core 3.1) support to fill pdf programetically? I have gone through .net sample project but didnot find any related samples. Any help really appriciated! Thank you!

That's not a capability of Tools API at this time. Have you looked at AEM Forms?
