Embed PDF viewing error - 403 for ViewSDKInterface.js.map

While testing, noticed that PDF are not rendered and it happens very intermittenly showing a blank page.

 

Console shows below error:-

 

Could not load content for https://documentcloud.adobe.com/view-sdk/2.15.0_2.2.0-2020030/private/ViewSDKInterface.js.map: HTTP error: status code 403, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE

Does that happen for any PDF file or just a specific one? If is just one PDF, can you share it?

It happening for most of the PDF.Scenario tested was to keep opening the page in multiple tabs()

and it suddently it blanks out.

That doesn't surprise me. I doubt we've tested it in that scenario. Is this something you expect to happen in real-world use cases? Does it happen in incognito tabs?

Tests were conducted in incognito window. If user keeps clicking on PDF link in mobile device without realising the opened window, issue might occur.
