Just subscribed, trying to export pdf to/as Word doc. Can somebody help? Firewall settings eliminated as cause, fyi (I checked). Thanks.
How are you trying to access the service and where exactly you are getting this message?
If you are trying through the Adobe Reader DC desktop application, then please check online via https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
Or try to use this link once https://cloud.acrobat.com/test77 to sign in to the account and see if that works.
