I have paid for the pdf converter (pdf to word) but every time I sign in it asks me to pay again. I have the receipt in a confirmation email. What is going on? This seems to be a common problem looking at the forums here. How can I fix this?
We have checked your account and found an active subscription of Adobe Export pdf. There is a problem with the payment, as it seems to be didn't go through.
Which might be causing trouble activating the subscription. So we suggest you to contact our billing team to get this fixed.

Let us know if it still doesn't work.
Okay, close all your browser windows, open a new browser window, go to Adobe Export PDF, log out, log back in and it should work.
I just tried this for myself and it worked.
