Bonjour, Pourquoi les raccourcis copy/paste ne fonctionnent pas lorsque on planifie une publications sur les réseau sociaux.

Thanks for posting about the issue. I was curious if this was the same issue https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-bugs/copy-and-paste-error/idi-p/14471481 or if you're encountering something different.

Do you have copy/paste difficulties regardless of browser? I think the issue above was specific to Firefox.

Also, does clicking within the canvas or workspace of the project you're attempting to paste into make any difference?

En ayant plus d'infos on va essayer de trouver une réponse à ce problème.

It's exactly the same problem except that I work with the desktop application. Or with chrome.
And I've had the same problem with both.

It's only in the planning of publications.

Hope its help to find a solutions.

Merci beaucoup pour ton message. 

Il faut savoir que j'utilise l'application de bureau de Adobe Express pour faire mes publications sur les réseaux sociaux et jusqu'à hier tout fonctionnait bien.

J'explique succintement le problème.

1. J'ai crée ma publication 

2. Je clique sur partager et je choisis le réseau social

3. Une fenêtre s'ouvre ou je peux mettre le texte de la publication, site web, hashtags, etc

4. les textes sont préparés par une personne qui m'aide et me les fournis dans un document word.

5. Normalement, je faisais copier le texte du document word et coller dans la fenetre prévue à cet effet

6. Je publie mes posts ou je les planifie.

J'espère que mes explications aident à trouver une solution.

Je vais encore essayer de faire une publication demain. Peut-etre que c'était une erreur momentanée.

Thanks for the additional details. 

I tested myself with the steps you described, but unfortunately, it worked okay. I was trying in Chrome as well.

- Does clicking into the box you're attempting to paste make any difference?
- Are you able to successfully paste it into Text Edit or Notepad?
- Does using Chrome in incognito/private browsing mode make any difference? - https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464 
- Does the same issue occur in all browsers?

Oui les équipes travailles sur la résolution du problème et la solution arrive très très rapidement. Je vais vérifier et faire des mises a jour dès que j'ai plus d'infos.

Ce week-end j'ai essayé à nouveau et curieusement cela fonctionnait parfaitement comme auparavant.

Je ne saurai expliquer pourquoi cel ne fonctionnait pas ce jour la.

En tout cas, je vous remercie et si les equipes de Adobe trouvent quelque chose, je serai intéréssé de le savoir. 

Peut-etre que c'est une manipulation que je fais de faux et je souhaiterai m'améliorer.
