A fix was deployed for this issue. You should no longer encounter bugs like downloaded content missing elements, failure to download or duplicate Express files etc.
If you have Express open already in a browser tab, please make sure to reload it to pick up the fix. For mobile, you may want to restart the app (though this is not strictly required)
