[Mobile] Unable to download file

Every time I try to download a file I was working on it reaches 100% then gives me an error message and doesn’t complete the download.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Does quitting and restarting the mobile app make any difference? What file type are you attempting to download? Could you share a screenshot of the error you're getting?
