I have the "All Apps" Subscription, and I do not have access to some fonts.

How to we obtain, or even look at, these fonts?

Hi harrisonm15572417,

Would you please post a screenshot of where you see this message or post the name of one of the font families you are trying to find?

Here are instructions on how to take a screenshot, in case you need them: http://www.take-a-screenshot.org/

Thank you,

-- liz

Hi harrisonm15572417, If you replied with a screenshot, it didn't get posted to the thread.  Would you please add it from https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2548724 ?

I've confirmed that your Creative Cloud plan gives you access to all of the fonts in the subscription library, so we'll need that info look into this further.  Thanks!

I'm having the same problem. Subscriber to CC but can't access fonts. Acumin is the font family I've been trying to figure out how to use with my apps. It seems I have an older version on Photoshop (Acumin Variable) and for some reason it doesn't show on InDesign. Suggestions welcome.

Hey andrewe45191134,

We'll need to take a look at your account to help with this. Would you please get in touch at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html from the email address you use for Creative Cloud?  Thanks!
