Adobe XD 35.0.12 keeps crashing whenever i open a xd file

Adobe XD 35.0.12 keeps crashing whenever I open an xd file so it never letting me work on any file, i am running this on Mac OS Big Sur

Sorry to hear about the trouble. We'll need to investigate this so please collect and share system logs by following the steps shared here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html

I'd also request you to try re-installing XD and check how it works.
