Adobe XD File Missing

A few users have posted threads where their files went missing from cloud storage, etc. I tried all the steps recommended but still haven't been able to find my file. I worked on it for hours. I Pm'ed @Atul_Saini, but haven't heard back yet - if anyone can provide assistance that would be great! I worked on this for hours so I really would like it back.

Hi there,

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Please check if you are able to find the file here: https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents

If not, you can also check these locations to find the local copy of the cloud file:

Windows: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Packages\Adobe.CC.XD_adky2gkssdxte\LocalState

Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe XD CC

The above-shared locations are the temporary save location for Auto-save in XD, so let us know if this helps or if you need any further assistance.

It's not there - I still have the link that was shared with colleagues but it's just to the published version. Can that help locate the file?
