Adobe XD Layout Grid Shortcut toggle missing

Hi.

Adobe XD CMD+Shift+' shortcut to toggle the layout grid is not working and it is missing from the menu (see image).

When I use this shortcut it opens the menu "Help".

I'm using the latest version and I'm on a MacBook Pro with Mac os Big Sur.

 

Has anyone else had the same problem?

Hi there,

 

This is very unusual. I couldn't reproduce the issue using 39.0 version in Mac Big sur. Would you please quit and relaunch Xd and see if the issue still persist.

Hi,

 

Thank you for replying. I did that already, and also restarted the computer and open only XD (In case of incompatibility with another app) and the issue persists.

I know it could be tiresome but would you please try uninstalling and reinstalling the latest XD version.

Thanks for the help.

 

Just tried that. Issue persists.

 

I don't know if it helps but I'm on a MacBook Pro with a Portuguese Keyboard. Although I've already tried to change the system keyboard to English and the issue persists.

Sorry for the delayed response. I even tried with a portugese keyboard but couldn't reproduce. Would you please let us know big sur which version you are facing this?
