I have a question about the Adobe XD Starter plan.

As far as I can see here, the Adobe XD starter plan is listed as for personal use.
https://www.adobe.com/products/xd/pricing/individual.html

Can you please tell me if there are any requirements for commercial use?

Are there any licensing issues with using the Adobe XD starter plan in the following situations
For example, will I have to pay extra for it?

(1) Install and use the software within the company
(2) Commercial use of products created with Adobe XD

You can download Adobe XD from the Creative Cloud desktop app. If you do not have access to the Creative Cloud desktop app, contact your IT Administrator to obtain access to Adobe XD.
