Buttons are not working under shared link in Adobe XD.

Hi there,

I'm new to XD. When I Share a prototype the buttons on the screens dont seem to work. Am I doing something wrong?

We are sorry to hear that the buttons you designed in XD isn't working. We would like to know a few more details like-

• Could you please confirm if you've assigned any actions to the button?
• Is it possible for you to share the screnshot of your prototype mode showing all the interactions with the buttons?
• Is button working fine when you previewed in the desktop?
• Please share the link with us for testing purpose?

Hi,

I'm having the same problem - a link I generated for user testing (with buttons to click, and scrolling) is not allowing users to click or scroll. I have had a few people able to do this (Mac with Safari,  Windows with MS Edge) successfully, but others are not successful.

Adobe XD version 45.1.62.3, Creative Cloud Sync 4.21.1.1

Unfortunately, I cannot share the link publicly, because this is a work-in-progress development effort that we are testing wireframes for with users. If an Adobe Support person is able to contact me directly, I can share the link with them.
