[Collaboration]-Unable to find the XD file created with other account.

I believe i started this file from another account where i saved it to adobe cloud because it is no longer on my local machine.

The above link is to the project which was published under an account which i can no longer find..

Can anyone ( possibly adobe support team? ) tell me which account the above link was created with?

We are sorry to hear you are unable to see the cloud file in XD. We are unable to see the account of this file at our end. Would you mind checking the file at https://assets.adobe.com/ and see if you're able to see the file? If yes, please download the file. Let us know if that helps.
