Thanks for sharing the screenshot. Would you mind trying to sign out of XD, Creative Cloud desktop app, restart the machine and then sign back in?

Issue is still there. This issue coming from zscaler. zscaler is blocking some url.but i don't know which url is
blocked by zscaler.please help me to come out from this problem.
