Dear Adobe XD,
Just two days ago, I found out the Eye Dropper on my Adobe XD is not appearing or working.
When I clicked the Eye Dropper, it doesn't work as what it usually does.
I updated the Adobe XD to the latest version. I also tried to uninstall it and reinstall it back.
It still not working.

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble with the eye dropper tool in XD. We would like to know if you started experiencing this issue in tha latest version of XD or in previous version as well. If you're on windows machine, please check if you have the latest graphic card drivers. If yes, please try uninstalling graphic card drivers and reinstall it.

The link that you provided didn't have the latest solutions to solve my issue.
Is there any other way to fix it?
Sorry for the delay in response. Would you mind updating XD to the current version 30.2 and see if the issue still persists?
