Feature request for Multiple Co-editors share developer links

Subject covers it - How can Co-editors share developer links?  If you're working as a team and one team mkember in the owner/admin of a cloud file, but there's a need that other team me,ber may need to create a developer link is it possible to do ao and how?

This is the best way of communicating with the Engineering and Product Management teams regarding issues and suggestions so they can be implemented in future releases.
