How do I delete all previously shared links, documents etc...

Hi there 🙂

I've been using Xd on a starter plan and working with one other guy as a co-editor. Everything was fine until Xd forced me to make a decision to "save as" or abandon changes. So, I 'saved as'. Now I'm having problems re-inviting my co-editor and get the message "Maximum number if invitations reached" even though I have un-invited him as co-editor in the original file.

I have tried deleting all previously published and shared work but nothing seems to work.

Can anyone help me resolve this please?

Many thanks in advance.

Thanks for getting back to me @HARSHIKA_VERMA,

Fortunately I no longer have the problem. I spoke with a very nice chap on Adobe live chat who spent the best part of an hour with me resolving the problem. To fill you in, I'll tell you what happened and how I came to have the issue in the first place:

  1. I created a document that for my co-editor and I to work on.
  2. Invited co-editor who successfully joined.
  3. Whilst I was working on the file XD forced me to 'save as' or 'abandon changes' so I saved the fil

I fully take on board the fact that I can only have one co-editor using the starter plan, and that as all I need while we figure out if Xd is the way we want to go in terms of our workflow.

As far as I can see, I am the only member in any of my documents but I still get this:

when I try to invite my one collaborator 😞

can anyone help me to resolve this please?

Thanks again

Thanks for getting back to me @HARSHIKA_VERMA,

Fortunately I no longer have the problem. I spoke with a very nice chap on Adobe live chat who spent the best part of an hour with me resolving the problem. To fill you in, I'll tell you what happened and how I came to have the issue in the first place:

  1. I created a document that for my co-editor and I to work on.
  2. Invited co-editor who successfully joined.
  3. Whilst I was working on the file XD forced me to 'save as' or 'abandon changes' so I saved the file to a new name.
  4. I invited my co-editor and recieved a 'max number of invitations reached' error.
  5. I removed him from the previous document and tried to re-invite him to the new file but still got the error.
  6. Along with the chap/s from Adobe, we looked everywhere for something that was shared, but found nothing
  7. Deleting the previous versions (plural) of the document resolved the problem. Our conclusion was that there must have been something in one or more if those files that was preventing the share, a 'Ghost in The Machine!' so to speak 🙂

Thanks again for getting back to me, I thought I'd post the above detail for the benefit of anyone else who may come across this issue as well as for your own benefit.

Take care now.

Kind regards,

Stuart
