Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help? I've created several  image carousels in XD and embedded them into my Adobe Portfolio website. They work perfectly apart from when viewed on mobile a big blue cookies message obscures the entire carousel until you click Accept (please see image below). This only happens on mobile, on desktop this doesn't appear at all.

Does anyone know how to avoid this from happening? Many thanks in advance.

To remain GDPR compliant (LEGAL), your Portfolio site needs the cookie banner to appear on ALL devices.  There is no on/off button for mobile only. It's all or nothing.  Once you Accept, you should not see that banner again unless your browser is not accepting cookies.  See related articles from Portfolio Help below.

UPDATE:  You sent me a private message.  It's unclear from your screenshots exactly where the cookies warning is coming from -- Portfolio or XD.  We need a URL to your site where the problem occurs.

That said, accepting cookies should make the warning go away.

@sjimmied69189524,

Legal requirements cannot be ignored.  In most regions, cookie & privacy policies are required on ALL websites.

HINT:  Don't EMBED content from 3rd party sites.

Instead, use a direct link.  🙂

Hope that helps.
