My images are always stuck in the clipping mask because I haven't found a way to undo the clipping mask. I just want my image back, without reuploading it.

Did I miss something or is it just not possible?

Hi Christian,

Thank you for reaching out. If I heard you right you want to remove the masking from the object. In order to disable masking from a masked object, select the object and select Object > Ungroup Mask or use the shortcut CMD + Shift +G (Mac) & CTRL + Shift + G (Win).

Let me know if that helps.

Thanks,

Harshika
