Hi,

My IT department canceled and renewed my Adobe Entreprise account and I can't find any of my previous cloud files.

Is there a way to recover them ?

Thank you,

Paul

Hi Paul,

Sorry to hear you are unable to find your cloud files in XD. Would you please make sure you're logged in with the same Adobe ID you're using before your license get renewed? Please check if you're able to see your files here: https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents

If no, I would request you to please get in touch with us directly using this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html so that we can assist you immediately.

Hope it helps.

Thanks,

Harshika
