Problema para installar pluggin

Hola a todos cuando quiere instalar un pluggin  se queda "pensando" al darle click en "instalat" al pluggin que quiero y no hace nada

alguna sugerencia??? de que puedo hacer

1- ya reinicie.

2-ya reinicie la add cloud

y nada...

SOLUCIONADO:

para lo que tiene el problema en adobeXD de no poder instalar un pluggin en la versiion 31. año 2020  , el pluggin se queda "pensando" y no hace la instalacion sigan estos pasos.

ir a window y poner esta ruta.

Windows: C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Extension Manager CC\Configuration\DB\

macOS : /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Extension Manager CC/Configuration/DB/

 

2) en la carpeta DB entraran un archivo llamado ExMan a este archivo ahi q renombrarlo  por ejemplo de ExMan cambiarlo a  ExMan2. (o agregarle cualkier caracter de mas en  mi caso lo deje  +ExMan "le agrege el simbolo '+')

3) luego reiniciar la pc.

 

Listo eso me funciono ami, es una solucion q saque del suporte tecnico que lo recomendaba y me funciono.

PD: la ruta Windows: C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Extension Manager CC\Configuration\DB\ (es para window)

macOS : /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Extension Manager CC/Configuration/DB/(esta ruta es para mack)

Copien la ruta tal cual ya que "ami entender estas carpetas estan ocultas"
