I cannot open my Xd cloud document (only this one).
I have tried to open it via creative cloud desktop & website but it keeps showing error, "Sorry, we can't open this document."
I already marked several versions in history but none of them works.
I also tried to download it from cloud website but it failed.
I know there're lots of posts related to this one but I still cannot find a solution.
Hope someone can help me.
Sorry to hear you are unable to open the cloud document in XD. Is it possible for you to try to open this document in other machine? Could you please share the OS and XD version of your machine? Is it possble for you to share the file with me over a private message? You may upload the file to a shared location such as Creative Cloud or Dropbox and share the url with me over a PM.

I've tried to open the document in other machine but it doesn't work.
My machine details:
Windows 10 - version 1803 OS Build 17134.1792
Adobe Xd - 34.3.12
How to share the file? The Xd file only exists on Creative Cloud.

Still facing the same issue with XD 35 version.
The problem is that I can see my work which is saved on the Creative cloud but I can't open it with XD or download it from Creative cloud website.
I cannot get my work. All I can do is seeing it in my Cloud file list.
Imagine that there is a visible BOX but I cannot hold it or touch it. So how can I throw this BOX to you or someone else?
