Sort items in the element status list

I hope that items in the element status list can be manually dragged and sorted.

Because many designer use the Sprite image style of the icon or button in the element state.

This is the best way of communicating with the Engineering and Product Management teams regarding issues and suggestions so they can be implemented in future releases.
