Hi,
I have sync problem. We have cloud XD document. Coediting enabled.
All of us have macOS. But one colegue opened document on windows XD.
Since then we are not able opened this file on any mac with last version of XD.
I tried unshare this file from anyone. Now no one has acces to this file. I followed this post https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd/other-syncing-problem-opening-cloud-document-in-xd/m-p/10997...
but without help. I tried AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool and clean cache core. Reinstaled XD ... but without success.
Can somebody help me?

Sorry to hear you are experiencing sync issue while coediting. Would you mind trying the steps mentioned in this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-spinning.html and see if that helps? Please make sure you all are on the same version of XD.

thank you for your reply. Unfortunately it does not help.

2. I tried stop and start syncing ane try open the file but all the time I have the same issue.
Dialog with message syncing.... and the only thing I can do is cancel it. The file than closes.
Please do you have other help? 🙏🏻
